I knew we'd made the right choice for our sound design from the very first meeting with Stage Masters. Where other companies I've worked with have arrived on site with their own ideas of what we need and how we ought to get there, Shawn asked questions, listened to our thoughts, and clearly adapted his recommendations based upon our input. Shawn worked within our budget to prioritize the "now" and the "not yet" of our Sanctuary improvements, and his after-installation service has been head and shoulders above anything I've encountered in the past.
